Food Journal 1/24/17

Went back to sleep after my 6am van routine with Gabriel.  I'm just drained lately.  Lots of back pain. 

Seasonal depression?  Emotional rut?  Panic attack?  PMS?  No freakin' clue.  

BREAKFAST : Cranberry shredded wheat w/unsweetened almond milk; coffee w/creamer

SNACK:  NONE

LUNCH:  Provolone sandiwich on wheat w/mayo & lettuce; bbq chips
 

SNACK:  Fun Sized Snickers (4 pictured but only 2 eaten, Ollie wanted them)
 

SNACK (extra):  BBQ chips
 

DINNER: Skillet Taco Pasta w/mock beef, salsa, sweet corn, cheddar, & sour cream; water
