I Made A Food Plan

Sometimes it's called a plan of eating.  Whatever it is, it is NOT a diet.  It is called the 'dignity of choice' and it's one of the things that may help me stick to this. 

The plan can evolve to suit my needs.  I control it. 

I decided to start with something simple.

"Three single-plate meals with 3 portioned snacks."  I mean that I'm not low carb or sugar free or low fat or raw vegan....  This is just that one plate is enough, no seconds.  The portioned snacks just means that chips go in a bowl; I don't sit down with the entire bag. 

Now, I did NOT follow this well today.  I botched breakfast, stalled lunch, and broke all the snack rules.
