So, the food plan is that there is no plan. There is no Low Carb or Sugar Free or Juicing or Vitamins or Raw... there is simply making meals and snacks from whole foods. There is no requirements for a meal. There is no limit or requirement for a snack.
I'm thinking about fruit and cheese, probably eggs because we all eat them. I'm hoping for some vegetarian meat stuff. I'd like to steer clear of pasta and look for quinoa.
I am very excited to be going grocery shopping. I'm not sure if it's the addiction or simply having a purpose, tomorrow.
